Promotions Assistant

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Execute remotes, live broadcasts & other station events which will include setup of sound system and broadcast equipment.
• Driving station vehicles.
• Represent the station in a positive manner to both listeners and clients.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older.
• Availability on nights and/or weekends.
• Outgoing personality and good communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and to troubleshoot at events.
• Must be able to lift 30lb equipment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with remote broadcasts and promotional appearances
• Brainstorming with promotion team on future promotions
• Assisting with all aspects of promotions
• Must be able to lift 30lb. Equipment

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• Ideal candidate will be able to commit to a maximum of 20 hours per week
• Must be enrolled in a college or university program for the specific purpose of gaining a degree, and receiving college credit for the internship
• Must provide an authorization letter from school on school letterhead
• Outline of department objectives for internship from school
• Narrative by intern of personal objectives
